Description
There exist some variety of HEP taggers through the literature... Would be good to actually implement all of them through options. Also, it looks like the group has semi-released their own implementation, so we should probably use this version!

Trunk now includes code by Tilman et al. but needs to be checked that it works and that the wrapper to be used by TopTaggerTool? is doing the right thing!
