A very simple and clean way to introduce a complete SpartyJet interface into FastJet would be to create a FastJet plugin wrapper for a JetAlgorithm. Simply construct a JetAlgorithm of SpartyJet tools, then create SJPlugin(alg), which can be passed to your FastJet code.
